We will continuously improve our accessibility: we will document what works and share our learning with the Technology Taskforce.

Best – and indeed good – practice on IT accessibility is continuously evolving. Recognising these changes and incorporating them into your business practices is a vital part of embedding accessibility into your organisation. Documenting and recording what you have done establishes your baseline and allows you to determine what you will do in the future: sharing this with the Technology Taskforce and its members, and learning from their experiences, allows all to progress more quickly.

State of the Nation report: Retaining and developing employees with disabilities

In collaboration with de Poel Community, EY, Royal Mail, Lloyds Banking Group, Department for Work and Pensions, Equal Approach and Remploy Employment Services, Business Disability Forum (BDF) has produced a "State of the Nation" report about the skills, confidence and practices that help retain and develop employees with disabilities and long-term health conditions across private, public and third sector employers in the UK.
