Some open and exploratory questions designed to help both purchasers and procurement specialists to have the structured conversation with potential suppliers which makes it easier to determine if their products/services are likely to be accessible/usable.
A menu of product category requirements together with best practice examples, going beyond mere compliance with legal/technical standards. These will help parties, the customer and supplier, to assess particular products against acknowledged best practice before taking decisions.
